Africa Update: Ghana’s real estate professionals seek Nigerian investors

Professionals in Ghana’s real estate industry are seeking investment partnership opportunities where Nigerians will be able to invest in their country’s property market. Based on this, a delegation of 15 leading Ghanaian real estate companies are said to be preparing to visit Nigeria to showcase an array of their nation’s housing stock in what has been tagged, ‘Ghana Property Show in Nigeria’.

The Chief Executive Officer, BMJA Services, the event organisers, Mr. Steve Ike, said the Ghana Property Show in Nigeria had been designed as a unique platform to showcase and market top Ghana-based real estate investment opportunities to interested Nigerian investors and non-resident Ghanaians alike. Ike stated that the development was informed by the Nigeria-Ghana trade and cultural relationship dating back several decades. He added, “Nigerians and Ghanaians are known to share a great a deal of cultural, social and business relationships.
